Background:

After graduating in the top ten of his class from UMKC Law School in 1985, Mr. Millsap returned to Springfield to begin his law practice with the Farrington & Curtis law firm where he became a partner.  In August 1992, Mr. Millsap joined Ron Baird and John Lightner in the practice of law.
